Vivian Haritos | Development Manager

Vivian has been with CAD since 2021 and is a seasoned nonprofit cultural worker and multidisciplinary artist with over two decades of experience. Vivian received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Certificate in Museum Studies from Northwestern University. A first generation Greek American, Haritos examines themes of cultural tradition, assimilation, and the blurred middle — exploring ideas of home, belonging, pop culture, mythology, and archetypes. Most recently she has exhibited in group shows at Chicago Art Department, Mana Contemporary, and Art Center Highland Park. She served on the 2025 Advisory Committee for Designing a Better Chicago, and was a visual arts and design panelist for DCASE Individual Artist Program in 2024.
