Seeds Healing Stage IV | Dec 13

Root systems grow from a radicle at the center of a seed, expanding and connecting deeply within their environment, rewriting the ground’s source code to lay the foundation for a sustainable ecosystem. Like seeds, these artists bring a radical, rooted perspective, embedded in dynamic histories and journeys.

Seeds Healing Stage, an annual initiative by Chicago Art Department, centers BIPOC voices and celebrates Chicago neighborhoods. Through storytelling and visual arts, this program supports artists, performers, storytellers, and other creative practitioners from across the city. This cohort will continue their work over the next two months, culminating in a presentation and exhibition opening on December 13 from 6-10pm.
