If you need me I’ll be in Space” is a benefit gallery show, art auction, and raffle to send Kelly Maree Hyatt’s ashes into space. She passed away in October of a brain aneurysm at the age of 27. She was the most spirited, charismatic, adventure seeking woman. She was a member of the Peddy Cash Moped Crew. A world traveler, photographer, yogi, a UIC competitive swimmer, and a friend to many. Artist’s have donated pieces that will be up for silent auction. Art from Juan Chavez, John Herndon, Jourdon Gullet, Ellen Greene, Julia Whitman Busenitz, Rich Salamander, Theo Katsaounis, Megan MF Kelleher, Niharika Jain, Sean Newport, Heather Rosner, Dennis McNett (donated from Tony Trujillo), Mike Ruta, KC Atabaki, Chuck Przybyl, and Edyta Stepien,  David Rasool Robinson, Justin Edwards and many more. Raffle donations from Powell Peralta, Uprise, Revolution Tatttoo, Odd Obsession, Art and Science Salon, Kumas, Flosstradamus, St. Andrew and other many others. We held the first show in San Francisco February 15th and raised $4,000. The goal is to raise the last $8,000 to send her up into the stars. It will be a night to remember and an opportunity to purchase great art.
