MELISSA MEDINA

Melissa Medina is a Chicana artist, daughter of Mexican immigrants, who draws inspiration from her family history and Mexican culture. Born in Houston, TX with roots in Guanajuato, Mexico she earned a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Painting from the University of Houston, along with a Masters of Fine Arts in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design.
