POOL (NO WATER) by Mark Ravenhill a rarely produced work, and MILKWHITE by Anthony Donald Kochensparger, a world premier, are both plays that address issues of drug addiction, violence, and the role of the artist in society. Though pieces of theatre, the stories are told with the aid of movement, dramatic projections and visuals, and an original soundscape by Dennis Funk. Running Time: 1hr, 45min, Contains nudity and adult language: recommended for mature audiences. The Kinematics is a movement-based theatre collective formed to produce these two plays with a focus on community engagement April and May here in Chicago, IL.
