2019 MAKE/SALE WILL BE HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH RENEGADE CRAFT FAIR ON SATURDAY MAY 11TH AND SUNDAY MAY 12TH FROM 11AM-6PM – our Vendors will be located in our CAD North space at 1932 South Halsted!

With MAKE/SALE events, CAD highlights a selected group of artists, businesses, creative professionals, and Chicago community members. If you would like to participate in the 2019 SPRING MAKE/SALE to be held in May 2019, please fill out the application below before April 25th, 2019, and we will be in touch to confirm your participation shortly after. People can apply as individuals or as a group. *Red asterisks are required fields. Take note that this form will sometimes be cutoff if you are using a mobile phone – we recommend desktop computers with larger displays/resolutions.
